Ivan leads structural design and project delivery across high-rise residential and commercial towers, retail malls, institutional buildings, hotel suites and hospitals in Malaysia and Singapore.
He carries out independent accredited checking and technical due diligence audits, and leads the firm's value engineering work: alternative structural schemes that cut cost without cutting safety.
