LW Structures Sdn Bhd (L+W) is a civil and structural engineering consultancy founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2011 by a group of professional engineers. We design the structures behind hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, towers, factories and homes, and we have built our reputation on responsive service and on going the extra mile for every client.

We work closely with developers, architects, contractors and fellow consultants towards one outcome: a project completed on time, with an efficient design, high quality and the best value for its budget.

Through an established network of architects, interior designers, M&E engineers and quantity surveyors, L+W can lead a complete multidisciplinary team, from infrastructure planning to contract and project management. We take on projects of any size and complexity.

From deep foundations to the roof slab, and back into existing buildings

Substructure

What does LW Structures do?

LW Structures (L+W) is a Kuala Lumpur civil and structural engineering consultancy. We design foundations, basements and building structures, plan civil infrastructure, and audit, strengthen and alter existing buildings.

Where is L+W based, and where do you work?

Our office is at Unit 13-06, Menara K1, off Jalan Klang Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur. We work across Malaysia, mainly in the Klang Valley and Penang, and our engineers have experience in Singapore.

Can L+W provide a full consultant team?

Yes. With our associated architects, interior designers, M&E engineers and quantity surveyors, we can provide a one-stop multidisciplinary consultancy service.

Do you work on existing buildings?
